It's no secret we love a co-ferment coffee around here. Finding a co-ferment that is a fine balance of staying coffee forward while having some funk is hard to come by. Elkin Guzman does this perfectly.

Like most Co-ferment coffees, Elkin carefully watches over several phases of fermentation processes. Several sample pulls, adding spices and fruits, and many days later, Elkin produces a coffee that tastes (and looks like) a sparkling rosé.
